Royal guests at the ‘Evening Parade’ of the U.S. Marines

Their Royal Highnesses Prince Darrick and Princess Anna were guests at the ‘Evening Parade’ hosted by the United States Marine Corps at the Marine Barracks in Washington DC.

Among the participating Units are the ‘Presidents Own’ United States Marine Band; the ‘Commanders Own’ Marine Drum & Bugle Corp; the US Marine Corps Silent Drill team and the US Marine Corps Colour Guard.

The Hon. Michelle Flournoy & Capt. W. Scott Gould were introduced to their Royal Highnesses.

Under Secretary Flournoy was the Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense for Strategy under President Bill Clinton & Under Secretary of Defence for Policy under President Barack Obama. As Under Secretary of Defense for Policy, the Hon. Michelle Flournoy was the highest ranking woman in the US Department of Defense.

Their Highness also met with members of the ‘Presidents Own’ United States Marine Band & the ‘Commanders Own’ Marine Drum & Bugle Corp.
