“On this 20th anniversary of the September 11th attacks, the Prince and I were honored to be able to pay our respects to the victims of the attack on the Pentagon.

We were taken to the memorial where we placed flowers and said prayers for those who lost their lives.

We thank those involved for making this possible and we take this time to remember all those who died.” - Princess Anna of Hawai’i

The ‘Victims of Terrorist Attack on the Pentagon Memorial’ is a memorial located within the Arlington National cemetery, Virginia USA.

The memorial specifically honors the five individuals for whom no identifiable remains were found along with the 25 other victims that were able to be identified.

Inscribed on the memorial are the names of the 115 Pentagon employees and the 10 contractors in the building, as well as the 53 passengers and six crew members aboard American airlines Flight 77 which crashed into the Pentagon building.
